Welcome to the Conservation Learning Campus - the virtual campus of the Management Assistance Team under the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies. Our purpose is to provide you with unprecedented learning opportunities to help you become the best you can be. Your best strengthens the quality of conservation leadership overall.

The Conservation Learning Campus is a place for training, continuing professional development and learning resources for conservation professionals. This is where you can learn about and register for online courses in leadership development. We offer a variety of learning opportunities for fish and wildlife professionals including:

• Online Courses in leadership development

The Management Assistance Team also offers:

• Face-to-face Leadership and Management Workshops provided at your organization or ours
• State Leadership Development Program Template – a toolbox for state fish and wildlife agencies to use in part or as a whole in developing their own leadership programs.
• Leadership Consulting to help your organization implement its own leadership development program
